Review by hotel critic
As a marine biologist and scuba instructor, I recently indulged in a two-week stay at New World Resort that was definitely enjoyable for my family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all amenities, including comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The separate villa layout was a plus, granting each of us valuable privacy, especially when traveling with kids. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing quality service throughout our stay. I particularly appreciated the pool and beachfront, which offered both relaxation and play opportunities. The infinity pool was lovely, although I found the children's pool a bit small. Access to the beach was easy, but I did notice some plastic debris onshore during our stay. Regarding dining, breakfast was solid with many options, but the buffet dinners felt overpriced given the fantastic local restaurants just outside the gates. For those keeping an eye on budget versus luxury, consider exploring nearby eateries. New World balances comfort and affordability, making it a wise choice for families like mine looking to unwind in a tropical setting. A free airport shuttle added an extra layer of value to our experience.
